Read this before you promise a client a free licence
A given domain can receive a complimentary licence only once, ever, across all partners. If a domain already had one — from another partner, or directly from us — it cannot get another. This is checked against a shared ledger at the moment of issuance, so it applies across every partner in the program, not just your account. Paid licences have no such limit.
Licensing works the same for your clients as for anyone else: one licence covers one domain, www and non-www count as the same site, and a cancelled licence runs to the end of its paid term before dropping back to Free. Nothing stops working and no site is ever locked. Full licensing questions
How referrals are tracked

You get a referral link
Share it anywhere — a client proposal, your site, an onboarding email. The referral code rides along as visitors browse and is carried through to checkout, so a visitor who reads for a while before buying is still attributed to you.

Your client buys on Whop
Checkout, billing, renewals, and cancellation all happen in your client’s own Whop account. You never handle their card and we never ask you to invoice them.

Commission is paid through Whop
Your commission is issued through Whop’s affiliate system to the account on your partner agreement. Your dashboard shows the customers, domains, and commissions behind each figure.
